OMG! In two days I ate there three times. The chef is absolutely phenomenal. What an amazing find in Jackson, Mississippi. I was visiting from Atlanta and was floored. Every item I ordered was impeccably created.. I can't say enough about this place.

Went with my dad on a weeknight for dinner. Location is nice with all shops around. We were seated right away but tables were a tad small. They could have better/larger/ sturdy tables and chairs. Cocktails were delicious, Greek flat bread flavorful and good berry cobbler with their homemade ice cream. Would return here again and again. Service was excellent!

The food was outstanding and served with perfect timing. Lauren was our server and she was friendly, professional and very attentive.

Ate there twice recently and both times it has been good with great service. I'll definitely be back.

LOVED IT. Atmosphere, service, food, drinks, all top notch. The menu will change, so no need belaboring our choices. Suffice it to say that two people having different entrees and drinks were quite satisfied. Not cheap, but worth it. I'll be back!

I had their chef salad. Delicious and had both steak and chicken in it. I couldn't eat the whole thing.

Food was Fantastic! The service could use some polishing. Our server was over sat we had to wait for "glasses to be washed" before we could get drinks. Our apps came before our waters.

Had a party of 14 and everything was great. Service, food and atmosphere were all just as expected. We will go back and highly recommend.

Very nice location with excellent food and service. Had the Dr. Pepper braised short ribs with rabbit sausage gnocchi as appetizer and hummingbird pie as dessert. Everything was delicious! Definitely would recommend to anyone interested in giving your taste buds an experience.

A nice restaurant in the Renaissance at Colony Park area. There are a number of different restaurants to choose from in this shopping center. Local 463 is an upper scale restaurant and a great dinner spot. Stopped by to grab dinner at the bar. They had plenty of plates that looked delicious. A choice for everyone. From Sharables, Flatbreads, Salads, Soups, Big plates and desserts, they've got it all. I had the Spicy Thai Flatbread with a side of Spicy Grits. It definitely packs flavor and has a nice bite to it. Sitting at the bar, service wasn't anything special but still a nice experience.

The food is delicious. The atmosphere is cool and trendy. The service is typically good. The issues come with price and portion sizes. I'm a big guy and usually leave here wanting more. The blue plate runs $15 (including a decent tip). I shouldn't leave hungry at that price. But it's good food in a good location, so I still gave them 4 stars.

Nice eclectic quaint place. Good food and service. Limited draft selections. Would recommend for small group or couples dining.

Everything about Local 463 was outstanding! We came here for a family dinner and couldn't have picked a better place. The food was perfect! Words can't describe how delicious the crab cake was. The portion was huge, overflowing with lump crabmeat. We also tried the steamed mussels, truffle gnocchi, and portabello fries - all were equally delicious. For dinner, I had the Redfish and my husband had the Southern Burger. The fish was cooked to perfection and had a wonderfully light sauce. My husband's burger was gigantic and according to him had the best cheese he's ever had melted overtop. The wine list seems to be made-up of mostly obscure/boutique wine makers. Not to say that's a bad thing, as we enjoyed the wine our waiter helped us select, but I wish I would have seen a few favorites on the list as well.

The food is great! Waitress need to learn to smile more often. Always look mad when serving. Doesn't greet you after coming to the table to take your order. Will ask for a different waitress the next time.

I absolutely love this place!!! The venue is upscale, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and service is excellent. The place is clean and the bathrooms are clean and trendy. The appetizers I usually get are the rock shrimp and the portebello fries. They are delicious. I've tried three of the pizzas here and all are super tasty. I've tried the spicy Thai pizza. I don't eat pork, so they are pretty accommodating with substituting for vegetarian options. The greek and mushroom truffle pizzas are scrumptious. I've tried the brownie for dessert and it is quite decadent. Highly recommend this place!!! You will be missing out if you haven't tried this place out.

I had a fantastic meal here last night. Great atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a higher end meal.

I had the Kung Pao shrimp. Prompt and accurate order. Ordered Shirley Temple it came with black cherries.

Local 463 is a great place to go if you care about quality ingredients and preparation. My wife and I have never left disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable of the menu, and our most recent waitress had two solid drink recommendations (Blueberry Mojito is amazing). You will not regret the meal when the check rolls around.

On our way down the main highway headed home from vacation, we were looking for a good lunch/brunch place on the weekend for our small family. The service was okay, and when we had a problem, it was comped. We aren't the 'comp our food' types, so it was insightful on the part of the waitress that only a bite was eaten of the fried green tomatoes Napoleon and she insisted that it be taken off our bill. It was so salty that it was inedible. My daughter had the grilled cheese and fries and didn't love it because there was very little cheese and a lot, lot of bread. My husband thought the Southern burger was good enough, but the meat was not very well seasoned. Overall, not the best food, but the location was clean and inviting, and we would have been very happy if the food had been what we hoped for the price. For two adults and one child our bill was $45 and we all drank water. Hopeful that out experience was one in a million.

Great take on classic southern dishes!Their Redfish is excellent but they also do some delicious shrimp!

There were enough good reviews to bring me here. I had their Wednesday special, smoked brisket. For the reasonable price, I was expecting a small plate. And to my surprise, the portion was perfect. The brisket was delicious, a little on the salty side, but I loved the creamed corn. It balanced out just right.

Food is fresh and yummy. Service is really good. Price is a little on the high end, but the quality is there to substantiate the cost.

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I had the boudin stuffed quail for my entree and I had the rock shrimp, fried oysters, and tamales for appetizers. Everything tasted wonderful and was presented well. I would definitely come back. The food was slightly expensive but the taste makes it worth the experience even if only for an occasional nice night out. I highly recommended this restaurant.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the Jackson Metro area. The food is great, and the service is always top notch. The atmosphere is more of a casual, fine dining restaurant. I love sitting at the bar where the bar tenders take great care of their customers. If I don’t get the redfish, I typically go with one of the fish specials. Robert is a great chef, and his wife Lauren runs the front of the house. Not to mention the restaurant is owned by Derek Emerson who I believe is the best chef/restaurateur in Mississippi.

Great place for lunch. Daily blue plate is always good. Opt for one of their wonderful salads, juicy burgers and the wonderful portabello fries are really awesome. Great dessert options to satisfy your sweet tooth and all of the staff members are friendly and efficient.

The service was superb. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere was nice and the food was great.

The food was excellent. Lots of choices and everything we had at the table was spot on. The fact the place was packed on a Wednesday kinda says it all. Service was good as well. If I had a single complaint, it would be the noise level was up there but that's due to the fact people want to eat there and fill it up. I'd definitely return if I was back in the area.
